Chat

Include 2 types: Public Chat and Private Chat for this phase. Later, we will develop the feature Group Chat

Public Chat: You can chat to other players who are online in the server at this time.
Private Chat: Private chat with someone

You can chat with many people, but only with 1 person at the same time
Private chat will be saved, after logging out/in
Currently, we dont't have the adding friend feature, so when you want to chat privately with someone, you need to use the command @username. For example, @chloe: Hello!
After using this above command, the chat frame will automatically switch to the private chat section with this person.
